Privacy policy
In short: we only ask for what we need to send you a quote, and we don't track you.
What we ask when you request a quote
Your name and email address. Everything else in the tour request is optional: your band or artist name, your company or management, a phone or WhatsApp number, your country, a VAT number (EU businesses only), what you need and how many, your first show date, the venues, cities and dates where merch needs to arrive, your tour dates (pasted or as a file) and your artwork. We use this to make your quote and plan your deliveries, and for nothing else. We don't sell your details and don't use them for anyone else's advertising. We only ask for things like a billing address once you decide to order.
While you fill in the request, we keep your draft on our own server for up to 30 days, so you can come back to it. When you send it, it goes into our quoting system, and we email you a confirmation with a summary. Tour dates in a spreadsheet or calendar file are read as text and added to your request; we don't keep the file itself.

Who else handles your data
- Cloudflare (United States) carries the traffic between your browser and our server and protects the site against attacks.
- Mailgun (Sinch, United States) sends the emails this website generates, such as the confirmation of your tour request.
They only process data on our behalf. The website itself runs on our own server. Nothing else on this site sends your details to another company.
Cookies
This site sets three cookies of its own, and no cookies from any other company.
- Your choice
- Remembers whether you said yes or no to the question below, so we don't ask every time. Kept for one year.
- How you found us
- Remembers whether you came in through an ad, a search engine, a link or directly, so we know which ad led to a request. It contains nothing about you: no name, no email address, no behavior. If you say no, it lasts until you close your browser; if you say yes, 90 days, because a request sometimes becomes an order weeks later.
- Your tour request
- Only when you start a tour request: a random number that links your browser to your draft on our server, so your answers are still there when you come back. It contains nothing about you. Kept for 30 days.
What we count
We count how this site is used ourselves, on our own server, without a cookie and without any analytics service from another company. We record which page was viewed, which product group it belongs to, and whether a request was started or sent. We also count clicks on our phone number and email address. For each visit we note two things in one word: whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, and which country the visit comes from.
What we don't keep: your IP address, your browser or exact device, where you move your mouse, or what you do on other sites. We don't build a profile of you. Our server keeps standard technical logs for security and to fix errors.
