MerchSupply is a Merchandise.nl brand: the English-language merch supplier of Nimad BV in Reusel, the Netherlands, for bands, management, labels, festivals and venues. We've made merch since 2003, for over 2,500 clients.
We print, deliver and store. Bands touring Europe send us their tour dates and designs; we print the merch here and deliver it to their venues. The same production team and the same systems as Merchandise.nl, in English.
Our story
Merchandise.nl is a family-owned company. We started out in 2003 as a clothing brand, and friends who played in bands soon asked us to make their merch. In 2004 we started making it, and in 2005 we put the clothing brand on ice and focused fully on merchandise, first under the name Bandmerchandise.nl.
Later we took on the name Merchandise.nl, when we started working for companies too: promotional items, company clothing and business gifts. To explain our work for the music industry in English, we built MerchSupply.
Your quote, print proofs and production are handled by Coen, Sylvana or Erwin.

On time
The show date is sacred. Every quote names the delivery date per drop, and we never promise a rush date without the capacity to make it.
Straight answers
No vague prices, no hidden costs. If we don't know a price yet, we say "in your quote".
Craft
Good print on good garments. We check your artwork before anything goes on the press.
Independent
No label, no retailer, no rights, no revenue share. Your merch and your margin stay yours.
