Creating merchandise is of course only one thing; it needs to get to where it’s needed as well. Usually, we use UPS to ship your goods, and depending on how, which, where, what you need we offer different solutions.
For instance; some countries in Europe will charge you with import tax when entering their country. If you carry along thousands of items and you do get controlled, it will take you hours to just cross the border, and if you want the import tax back upon leaving, hours more. In this case we suggest taking along only what you will need for these countries, and delivering the rest to the venue in the next country you will play.
Also, if you’re a band that sells loads of merch, you might want to have your goods delivered every 4th/5th show, so you do not carry too much merch around. We can set up a plan for that as well.
After your tour, if you have some stock left, we can have it returned to our warehouse to stock it for your next tour.
Shipping to festivals you will play, your label or anywhere else
At most bigger festivals, your merch will be sold by a concessionaire. We can of course ship to the festival a (few) day(s) before you play so they have enough time to count-in, and the goods can be returned to us for a quick checkup and if necessary forward shipping them to your next show/festival.
If your label offers mailorder solutions for Europe, we can of course continuously supply them with your merchandise. You can have them place your orders at us, or do it yourself.
Your merch is delivered by trustworthy couriers like UPS, DHL, or our own drivers
Most of the time, we work with UPS. We can ship to almost all venues, festivals or hotels in (Western) Europe and we will make sure your goods arrive in time (most of the time 1 day ahead of schedule so we have some spare time in case the couriers are rerouted).
We also have our own drivers, but they are more expensive since they get paid by the kilometer (or mile). Usually, we only bring merch to venues in Holland, Belgium, and Western Germany, and only if it is necessary.
