- How do you work? What happens when I place an order?
When you place an order we will first send you our quote, including ALL costs, so there will be no unpleasant surprises later. When you approve the quote, we will create our artwork/print proofs, and we send them to you for approval. After approval, we usually go straight into bulk production to save time. - When do you expect payment?
For new customers, we request payment either up front (by paypal or money order) or at pick-up or delivery (when delivered personally). If you are a returning customer and you work with labels, bookers or staff that are known to us, we can work out (partly) payment(s) during your tour. Please bear in mind that we do request payment of outstanding invoices before or at delivery of reorders. - What are your regular lead times?
It depends on the product you are looking for; we’ll sum up most of the products on this website here with both the regular and rush* lead times. - Why is there an asterisk at the rush remark in the previous question?
This is because there might be an additional charge when you need your items quickly. If you expect to re-order while touring, please always inform us up front so we can keep our materials by hand that we need to create your reorder (screens, coloured t-shirts, caps, all base materials). If we can avoid rush charges, we will, and we will always send you notice up front on what the extra charge will be. - What kind of artwork files should I send you for production?
We always prefer vector based EPS, PDF or AI files, but you can of course send us your ready made separations for screenprints. We also provide a vectorizing service if necessary; turnaround time is about 48 hours depending on the details of the design. - Which brands of apparel can I order, and how much time is needed for delivery?
We work with many different brands; standard stock in our warehouse is always Fruit of the Loom black (shirts, girlies, hoods and zip hoods), but we also carry American Apparel (delivery takes over 1 week), Continental Clothing & Earth Positive (both child labour free as well, delivery takes 2-3 days), Sols, Jerzees, Russell, B&C, Hanes, Gildan, Anvil, Stedman and many many others. Basically, we can deliver almost anything.
Questions about our services
- Do you also provide mailorder solutions for Europe? Can you sell our merch continuously?
We could, but we don’t. We specialize in creating kickass merch, and getting it to where you need it, but we are not an online shop. We also have many customers that used to work with merchandisers that DO provide these services, but for various reasons now prefer not to do that. If your label has a European division; ask them to provide the mailorder solution for you, we can of course ship to them. - Can we use our own shipper? We have very good discounts at UPS (FedEx, DHL, TNT, whoever).
Sure you can, no problem. We can also provide you with our UPS quotation so you can compare.
