If you order 100 pieces or more, we can offer you better value for your money, but our custom services are available from only 30 pieces and up. You can choose from over 200 models of caps and customize almost every part to your own wishes: different closings, colored seams, embroideries on seams, embroideries on the side of the cap, colored visors, embroidered visors, you name it!

Customize your embroidered cap in any way!

All our caps are available as fitted caps (in 2 sizes) and with stretched visors or higher fitting in the cap itself. We can embroider flat or in 3D, all over your cap (on top of the visor as well). Since we create the caps on order, we can create larger embroideries at more positions than when working with ready made blank caps.

Embroidered caps with personalized label!

It is even possible to put your own label inside the caps! It requires an investment to first create the labels (for instance a quantity of 2500 pieces), but after that we put the labels in the caps without further charges.
We can help you in creating the perfect logo for a label. And just so you know: we produce customized cap bluckles (with your logo) for the finishing touch.

Whether you go for quality or the lowest prices, we have the perfect solution.

Yes, it takes a bit of time to create custom caps. But the result is top notch merchandise. In case you have a rush order or want the lowest pricing, we recommend embroidery or transfer printing on blank branded caps. These blank caps are ready to go and available in many styles and brands. Just send us your inquiry and we will make you the best offer possible.

As said, we also print caps, for instance the trucker cap; usually we first screen print the design and then transfer it to the cap. For smaller quantities (100 pieces or less) we recommend using as little colors as possible. Less colors means a decreasing price. Transfer printing is cheaper than embroidery, but the finish is less durable.
