Of course, at 100 pcs or more we can offer you a better value for your money, but our custom services are avaible from only 30 pcs and up. You can choose from over 200 models of caps, and customize almost every part to your own wishes; different closings, colored seems, colored visor, embroidered on the visor etc.

All our caps are available as fitted caps (2 sizes) and with stretched visors or higher fitting in the cap itself. We can embroider flat or in 3D, allover your cap (on top of the visor as well). Since we create the caps on order, we can embroider bigger and at more positions then when working with ready made blanc caps.

It is even possible to put your own label inside the caps; it requirs an investment to first create the labels (qty 2500 pcs), but after that we put them in the caps without further charges.

Of course it takes little more time to create custom caps, so in case you have a rush order, we also offer embroidery on blanc branded caps in many styles and brands; just send us your inquiry and we’ll make you the best offer possible.

We of course also print truckercaps; usually we first screenprint the design and than transfer it to the cap. For smaller quantities (100 or less) we recommend not to use too many colors as it increases your pricing of course.
