Our turnaround times for button badges are really fast; we are capable of producing over 50.000 pcs every week thanks to our vast network of home workers. Turnaround times for enamel pins are 4-5 weeks regular, and 3 weeks minimum.
Button badges, specials and badge machines
We sell and distribute Enterprise® badge machines and button components throughout Europe, and produce loads of ready made buttons every week. Our prints are printed on a digital print press (large quantities on regular presses), to ensure the best quality prints. We never deliver Inkjet/Laserjet quality prints as we believe that even the smallest merchandise should be top notch.

- square, oval and oblong buttons only available from 2500pcs and up.
We can work with buttondesigns in most imageformats, but if you would like them to be printed on an offset print press (small buttons, only quantities of 5000 and up), make sure to send us your EPS of PDF (or cPDF) files in vector.

Starting at only 100 pcs, we create enamel and metal pins up to 2″ (50mm).

It is always best to send us your design, desired quantity and pin size for your quote. We will get back to you with our suggested production method (soft enamel, hard enamel, 3D w.claymold etc), pricing based on quantity (possibly with additional best value pricing based on other quantities) and lead time.
Order and production process for pins
If you approve our quotation, we will send you artwork based on your design so you can see how we suggest to create your pins. After confirmation of the artwork, if we have enough time, we will create a sample model and will send you a photoproof by e-mail so you can check out if our creation meets your standards and ideas. When you give the “GO!”, we go into bulk production and your pins will be ready about 3 weeks later.

For rush orders, you send us your design, we quote you, and after approval, we go into bulk production and we deliver within 3 weeks.
Pins styles, beltbuckles, earrings, keychains, finishings
Pins can be created in any shape, style or finishing. We also create offset- and screenprinted pins when you would like no metal finishing or require a full color print on your pins.
Metal colors (finishing) available are gold, antique gold, nickel (silver), antique silver, bronze, antique bronze, black nickel and copper. If you want a texture in your metal pins there is a choice of 12 different standard textures available (see picture on the right).

As you can see above there is a wide choice in accessories for pins (picture most left), ranging from regular butterfly clutch closing (style 153) to keychains, earrings, bracelets and even cufflinks.
We can also create metal beltbuckles; the minimum order quantity is 500 pcs for your first order, and 250 pcs for reorders.
