Usually we apply Iron-on backing, but we can also use adhesive backing, or velcro.

embroidered and woven patches

Basically, you have the choice between embroidered patches (classic), woven patches (more detail) and printed patches (silk screened or transfer printed). Regular shaped (square, oval, round, oblong) patches can have an interlocked border, irregular shaped patches are mostly lasercut.
